This is a wonderful post. I just took a look at my "reminder" note that came in the mail yesterday about this. Coincidence. Thanks for posting this reminder.
One of our local cafes had an awareness day at valentines weekend. they had take away cups in pink with the slogan "don't be mugs check your jugs" on them i thought it got the message across in a fun way.
